Our 2025 Legislative Agenda is guided by a framework of policy demands that, when fully enacted, will foster an equitable recovery for Black Virginians and Virginians of color in Henrico County Virginia. Further, it sets the Commonwealth on an aggressive path towards full equality and helps to ensure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights for all Virginians in Henrico County Virginia.

Advocate for legislation that ensures every student of color is able to pursue a free, high quality, equitably funded education.
Healthcare
Advocate for legislation that will result in the elimination of the racial and ethnic inequities that exist within our
healthcare system.
Housing
Advocate for legislation that allows for all to have access to affordable housing, protections from evictions, relevant and timely information on tenant/landlord rights.
